Frank A. Artiles grew up in Miami and owns several local businesses with his wife, Aimee. Since 2001, Mr. Artiles has participated with the Florida state political process. He served seven years as a Florida state legislator, six years as a State Representative (2010-2016) and one year as a Florida Senator (2016-2017). Senator Artiles’ service to the Legislature provided an opportunity to build strong, trusted relationships with legislators, agency officials, government affairs professionals and Florida government staff. Transferring these skills and building on these relationships, Mr. Artiles opened a government affairs and business consulting practice in 2017 offering strategic advice, business consulting services, as well as lobbying services in the spring of 2019.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Artiles is widely recognized for his no-nonsense, straightforward policy advice. Based on his professional experience as a successful business owner and former legislator, he is capable of offering strategic solutions and thorough institutional knowledge of the legislative process and procedure.
Mr. Artiles earned his B.S. from Florida State University, his J.D. from St. Thomas Law School and his L.LM. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. He is also fluent in Spanish.
